If you want to buy a home using our services:
To get started, you need a minimum of $8,000* or greater depending upon the price of the house. This amount is considered to be part of your down payment.
You must be able to afford a monthly payment (rent) of at least $1,800.00 .
*If You do not have the $8,000 down payment, there maybe a work around.
But there are no guarantees. Just Apply!
